Mark Leonard

Mark Henri Leonard (54), is currently the President and Chairman of Constellation and has been since 1995 when he founded Constellation. Prior to founding Constellation, Mr. Leonard worked in the venture capital business for eleven years. He was a Senior Vice - President of Ventures West Capital Ltd., one of Canada's largest venture capital management companies. He has also previously worked as a corporate banker. Mr. Leonard has served as a director of numerous public and private software and technology companies and holds a B.Sc from the University of Guelph and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

John Billowits

John Edward Billowits (38), is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Software and has been since 2007. Prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer of Constellation, John was the President of the Jonas Club division, a leader in providing software and services to the international private club market. Prior to joining Jonas Software, Mr. Billowits was a Consultant for Bain & Company in London England and had previous roles at Dell Computers and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Billowits is a Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA with Distinction from the London Business School and Honours BBA with Distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University.
