Established in 1999, the Gladstone Group was originally created through nine acquisitions made over a 15 month period at a total cost of approximately £37 million.
Following a de-merger in 2001, the remaining group focused its activities on providing the UK and international leisure industry with market-leading member relationship management systems.
Now with offices in Wallingford Oxfordshire, Glasgow, Sydney, Sonderborg and Karachi; Gladstone has become a global supplier of member relationship management software for the Health and Leisure industry. It has recently entered into the Education market where health and fitness have become a major focus of attention.
The Company’s current products include the comprehensive Gladstone Plus2™ which incorporates advanced functionality such as on-line booking, prospecting and the use of kiosks; as well as Gladstone OnRecord™ serving the schools and colleges with e-registration, biometric recognition, and cashless payment systems.
